Day 20 of 45

We are doing great!  I feel happy and content.  My joints don't hurt & I was able to jog with Bella without my knees hurting.  My total loss to date is 17 Lbs.  Todd's total loss to date is 26 Lbs.  We have more energy too.  Todd has had three colonics.  Shelly has had two colonics.  We are both wanting to be healthy inside and out.. Time to clean out all the toxins from our bodies.  Shelly is hoping to have better skin.  My medication over the years has made is bumpy with enlarged pores.  They tell me it will become clear and glowing.
